A2: If you change your computer's hardware after you have already entered the registration key, you can continue to use it.

After you send your email to us, you will get your "registration key" instantly.Step 3:Click "Enter Key", then input your information in the blank correctly.

A3. Welcome to use trial version of our products,and We set no function limitation in it. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purpose without charge for 30 days. You can both order the software before or after the trial period is over, and once the trial period expires you will no longer be able to use the software on your computer any more.

To solve the problem, you can add support@yuzhesoft.com to your trusted e-mail addresses. Check out whether your e-mail box is full? If so, Please clear it first. Your e-mail server is unavailable or reports errors while receiving the e-mail with the registration information.
