In this lesson, you will see how to apply shine effect on eyeglasses on the picture using the color mixer panel and mask. You don't have to use action script code to make this tutorial. This eyeglasses effect is very simple to create, but in the same time very practical and effective. It's glamorous.
Step 1 Select a photo that contains a beautiful girl wearing a glasses.Import it to the stage.

Step 2 Double click on layer 1 to rename its name in picture.
Step 3 Cretae a new flash document. Set the width of your document to 350 pixels and the height to 380 pixels.Set the background colour as whatever you like. Set your Flash movie's frame rate to 35 and click ok.
Step 4 While the photo is still selected, go to the Layout Panel and do the following:
1. Click on the Make Horizontal Spacing Equal button and
2. Click the Make Vertical Spacing Equal button.
Step 5 Click on frame 180 and press F5 key.
Step 6 Create a new layer above the picture layer and name it effect area.
Step 7 Take the Rectangle Tool , block the Stroke Color, for fill color choose any color, zoom the picture, and draw a rectangle above the left glass of eyeglasses see the picture below.
Step 8 Take the Selection Tool , and adjust the rectangle shape with the shape of left glass of eyeglasses. See the picture below.
Step 9 While the adapted rectangle is still selected, go to the shape panel and choose the following options:
1. Click on the paint bucket icon to select the Fill color.
2. Choose Linear as Type.
3. Click on the small slide bar that is on the left side and set its color to #D1F0EE. Alpha property set to 65 %
4. Click on the second slide bar from the right side and set its color to white , but change its alpha property to 0% (completely transparent).
Step 10 Create a new layer above the effect area layer and name it mask. Then ,take again the Rectangle Tool (R), block the Stroke Color, for Fill color choose any color and draw a rectangle about 8x45 px and place it on the position like it is shown on the picture below.
Step 11 While the Rectangle is still selected, press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert this rectangle into a Movie Clip Symbol.
Step 12 Click on frame 20 and and press F6 key. After that, place the rectangle on the position like it is shown on the picture below.
Step 13 Right-click anywhere on the gray area between the two keyframes on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.
Step 14 Click on frame 70 and press F6 key. After that, place the rectangle on the position like it is shown on the picture below.
Step 15 After that, take the Free Transform Tool , select the rectangle, and enlarge its width a little.
Step 16 Click on frame 90 and press F6 key. After that, place the rectangle on the position like it is shown on the picture below.
Step 17 Right-click anywhere on the gray area between the two keyframes on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.
Step 18 Select mask layer and convert it to a mask by right-clicking on the mask layer and selecting Mask. and then make the layer effect area "masked" by right right-clicking it.
Now, we're done with the left glass of eyeglasses. Repeat this steps also for the right glass of eyeglasses and that's it.
