This tutorial focuses on showing you a popular skill in creating gradient color. You can have a special effect from making gradient color and overlapping shapes. Just do as the following :
Step1. Create a new document. Draw a circle in your work area. Set it no border. Please Make sure the circle is large enough so you can see what you are doing.
Step 2. Select the instance you created and turn it into a graphic symbol.
Step 3. Select a radial in Fill Type drop-down menu;
Step 4. You will see the gradient definition bar. Please set the ball’s color as this :
Step 5. Drag the pointer to the right place and set the color as you want.
Step 6. Select the Fill tool from the tool bar and fill the areas with this gradient, you will see:
Step 7.Use the same way to create another graphic symbol for the shadow of the ball.
Step 8. Switch to Scene 1, go to the Transform Panel, set the ball’s location as shown:
Step 9: insert a key-frame in the frame 13,17,21,29,35 respectively, then go to the Transform Panel and set the ball’s parameters as follows:
Step 10：Create a motiontween between the frames
Step 11：Insert a new layer, named it “Layer2”，and drag it to the bottom of l layer1.Switch to Scene 2, drag the symbol”shadow” in Scene2，go to the Transform Panel, set the shadow’s location as shown:
Step 12：Insert a key-frame in the frame 13,17,21,29,35 respectively, then go to the Transform Panel and set the shadow’s parameters as follows:
Step 13:Create a motiontween between these frames.
Step 14:Ok , Now We can Select Control->Test Movie to test your movie.
